Plat Edit Development: A title plant constructed with plat edits is more accurate and complete. By abstracting data from recorded plats, maps and surveys in your county, we can compile a set of plat edits. These include a subdivision list with valid units, lots, blocks and tract numbers, as well as valid section, township and range values within the county.
Document Indexing: We offer customized data entry for grantee/grantor indexes to title plants. We can index from microfiche, microfilm or digital images and have the tools and equipment to key from any source media into any title system.
Mapping/Locating: Legal descriptions not matching your plat edits or posting criteria require a certain amount of research to enter the proper data in your title plant. Our staff will complete these postings according to your rules and specifications and enter them into your title plant.
